He has been called a “prophet of change and transformation”. Shahram Shiva was born in Rumi’s province in Persia to a family of Jewish heritage and migrated to the U.S. in his mid teens. He performs magnificent concerts using the poetry of Rumi and also speaks in Persian (the language of Rumi) and is the most authentic Rumi interpreter in the world.
