Creative and artistic dog groomer, Gabriel Feitosa, is giving dogs the makeovers of their dreams and changing their lives!
Gabriel is not the average dog groomer. In addition to the everyday-grooming techniques, he uses non-toxic and vegan dye that gives dogs a complete makeover, all while turning them into zoo animals and famous TV characters. His artistic makeovers help many shelter dogs across the country find forever homes.
The 30-year-old dog groomer started his career at only twelve years old, where he worked at a local dog grooming shop in a small town in Brazil. From there, he discovered his passion and pursued his dreams of opening his own grooming salon and pet store in San Diego.
Gabriel competed as a finalist on ABC’s “Pooch Perfect” where he stole the show with his unique, creative, and most importantly safe designs and techniques. Not only is he going viral on social media for his dog-grooming, but he also shares himself advocating and giving back to shelter animals. Additionally, Gabriel shares tips for anxious dogs when they visit the groomers and the methods he uses to reduce anxieties in dogs. Some of his most famous work includes turning dogs into giraffes, foxes and even fictional characters like Tiger from Winnie the Pooh and Pikachu from Pokemon!
