What do we really know about the hormone estrogen? The benefits or the downfalls, all of which are crucial to understand for health reasons.
One thing a person may not know is that estrogen is not only required for women for good health but also for men. The amount of estrogen is clearly fluctuating between the two genders but both need estrogen.

Now there is something that can make these symptoms better and make the quality of living much easier for women suffering through this daily.
